Upon completion of services, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as outlined in their specific service agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Advance Payment: Typically 50% of project cost upfront
• Progress Payments: Milestone-based payments as agreed in the project proposal
• Final Payment: Balance due upon project completion and delivery
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods
• Late Payment: Interest may be charged on late payments at 18% per annum

6. Project Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are estimated based on the scope of work:

• Timelines are provided in the project proposal
• Delays caused by client feedback will extend the timeline
• We strive to meet agreed deadlines but factors beyond our control may affect delivery
• Clients must provide necessary materials and approvals on time

7. Revisions and Refunds

Revisions: The number of revision rounds is specified in each project proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Refunds: Once work has commenced, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis considering the work completed and costs incurred.

8. Limitation of Liability

Excelbees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be entitled to deliverables already paid for. Outstanding payments for work completed will be due immediately.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Trichy, Tamil Nadu.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
